Napa County was one of the original counties of California, created in 1850. Located north of the San Francisco Bay Area, the county is well-known for its wine industry; several wineries boast world-class art collections for public viewing. The county seat is Napa. Napa Valley is surrounded by vineyards, a rim of rolling hills and spectacular mountains. Napa County is the perfect place to live in and study.
